Let me be completely honest: before working with Jacob, I was very skeptical of life coaching. But having him as my coach has been one of my best decisions. His wisdom, empathetic accountability, and kindness has been exactly what I needed to kickstart changes in my life.

Jacob has challenged me to push past my perceived limitations and has helped me realize that I am strong and capable. More than that, his ability to ask thoughtful, intentional questions has been pivotal in shifting unhelpful thinking patterns and stopping behavior that is no longer serving me.
